Cathleen H. Giuliana

Cathleen H. Giuliana is a Partner in Riker Danzig’s Real Estate and Financial Institutions Groups. She has considerable commercial real estate experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial properties, office, industrial and retail leasing, and representing borrowers and lenders in connection with construction loans and loans secured by real estate.
Ms. Giuliana was part of the Riker team that represented the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, handling matters in connection with the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and the resulting closings. In addition, as part of her representation of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Ms. Giuliana was responsible for the negotiation and preparation of numerous right-of way agreements, licenses, easement agreements, and lease agreements. She has extensive experience in representing sellers and purchasers in complex real estate transactions, including multi-use developments requiring multi-party cross access, parking, construction and utility easements.
Ms. Giuliana currently represents a subsidiary of the Rockefeller Group in connection with the sale of property located in Florham Park, NJ, including the recent sale of property to the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority for use by the New York Jets. She also represented a subsidiary of the Rockefeller Group in connection with the sale of property in the New Jersey Trade Zone located in Mt. Olive, New Jersey, to a real estate subsidiary of J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Giuliana also has considerable experience in assisting clients with their real estate due diligence needs, including the review of title, surveys, government approvals and addressing and resolving issues related to same.
