Craig T. Moran

Associate

Craig Moran is an associate in Riker Danzig’s White Collar Criminal Defense group with extensive experience handling white collar criminal matters, corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation. Craig's criminal experience includes defending clients in state and federal white collar prosecutions and investigations involving allegations of postal fraud, securities fraud and RICO. In addition, he has experience defending qui tam actions and conducting internal investigations. Craig also has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. He has represented clients in matters involving contractual disputes, bankruptcy, construction, professional malpractice, and tort litigation. Craig has also represented a number of the firm’s pro bono clients in civil, criminal, and administrative/disciplinary matters.

Craig has appeared in the state and federal courts and has successfully argued appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Craig is currently a Barrister in the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court.

Law and Politics magazine named Craig a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2007 and 2008. Craig has also been named to the "Stars of the Future" List by Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America's leading litigators.
