Dean R. Lospinoso

Dean Lospinoso has extensive experience in insurance law, including coverage and regulatory matters as well as the litigation of complex commercial matters. He was previously an associate with Riker Danzig from 2003 to 2006. Dean returns to Riker after practicing as an in-house attorney for a major property and casualty insurer in its New Jersey claim center and later as counsel for its claims operations in the eastern United States.

Dean received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University, summa cum laude, and his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a formal judicial clerk for the Honorable Donald G. Collester, Jr., in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Dean was a member of the United States Air Force from 1989-1991 and the United States Air Force Reserves from 1991-1995. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
