Harold S. Atlas's practice focuses on corporate and business law, finance, intellectual property, and technology transactions. Harry counsels clients, both public and privately-held, in the full range of corporate transactions, including formation, strategic alliances, venture capital, banking, software licensing, information technology, website development and hosting, and mergers and acquisitions.

While pursuing his J.D. at Rutgers University, Harry was Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.
