Helen Franzese, Counsel with Riker Danzig London LLP, practices exclusively in insurance law, advising and representing insurance companies in complex coverage litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She has represented London Market companies, syndicates, and U.S. based insurers in asbestos, pollution and health hazard coverage matters. Helen also has experience with reinsurance litigation and arbitration both in the U.S. and U.K.

Although located in London, Helen remains highly active in the management and representation of clients in ongoing coverage disputes in the U.S. She frequently speaks at conferences and seminars on topics regarding asbestos litigation and coverage dispute resolution.

Helen is a licensed practitioner in New York, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. With more than ten years experience in dealing with the London insurance market, her presence in London provides clients with a high level of service, allowing for hands-on assistance and advice on U.S. issues while providing further support on English matters.

Helen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
