Jillian K. Mooney is an associate in Riker Danzig's environmental group. She has experience representing public entities and private developers on environmental and land use matters. She is a former lecturer on environmental law with Boston College.
While pursuing her law degree, Jillian served as Managing Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. She is the author of "Endangered Species and Access Rights on Public Road: Suggestions for How the Town of Barnstable Can Avoid Liability for the Taking of Threatened Species and the Taking of Property on Sandy Neck," Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review, Vol. 33, Number 1 (2005).
Jillian was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2011 and 2012 by Law & Politics Magazine.
