Jordan D. Weinreich practices in Riker Danzig's Commercial Litigation Group. Jordan has an extensive background in complex litigation with a particular emphasis on securities litigation and the representation of financial service firms in all aspects of federal (MDL and individual actions) and state court litigation and ADR, including the defense of broker-dealers and their employees in FINRA arbitration proceedings.
Jordan also has counseled clients on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including, commercial contract disputes, interstate transportation disputes, bankruptcy, intellectual property and business torts. In addition, Jordan has assisted clients in conducting internal practice reviews and investigations.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Jordan was an associate in the Securities Litigation practice group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York. Jordan received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 2005. While in law school, Jordan interned at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Securities in Newark.
Jordan is currently an adjunct law professor at Rutgers where he teaches courses on Securities Regulation and Securities Arbitration. Thomson Reuters has included him on the Super Lawyers "Rising Star" list for 2013.
