Jordan D. Weinreich practices in Riker Danzig's commercial litigation group. His practice focuses on counseling and defending financial service firms in all aspects of federal (MDL and individual actions) and state court litigation and ADR, including the defense of broker-dealers and investment advisors in FINRA arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Jordan was an associate in the Securities Litigation practice group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York City. Jordan received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 2005. While in law school, Jordan interned at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Securities in Newark.
Jordan is currently an adjunct law professor at Rutgers where he teaches a course on Securities Arbitration.
