Joseph Asaro
Associate
Joseph Asaro is a member of the firm's Products Liability Group. In recent years, Joe's practice has focused on pharmaceutical drug, medical device and asbestos litigation. He has also handled a variety of employment matters, including discrimination claims and restrictive covenant litigation. Joe has represented clients in state and federal court, administrative hearings, arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Joe spent six years in the litigation department of a prominent Wall Street law firm where he gained extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, bankruptcy and employment litigation.
He earned his law degree in 2001 from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
