Joshua S. Jacobs is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. His litigation experience includes defending and advising clients in various matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitrations. His experience includes non-compete and trade secrets disputes, class actions, asset back securities litigation, as well as Title VII, ADA, FLSA, and other employment litigation topics.
Joshua received a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University 2006, and his law degree from Cornell Law School in 2009. While in law school, he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal and received a CALI excellence award in Sports Law. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Joshua was an associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in New York.
