Kathleen C. Cushing practices in Riker Danzig’s Real Estate and Environmental Groups. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010 where she was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and the Treasurer of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Kathleen earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2007. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, she was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division.
Kathleen is the author of "Facing Reality: The Pregnancy Discrimination Act Falls Short for Women Undergoing Infertility Treatment" 40 Seton Hall L. Rev., which will be published in the forthcoming volume.
