Kelsey Mulholland
Associate
Kelsey Mulholland practices in the Firm’s Family Law Group. Kelsey's practice covers a variety of family law areas including matrimonial matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, domestic violence issues and palimony matters. He also has extensive experience in highly-contested custody matters and domestic violence cases, appearing before courts in counties throughout the state.
Kelsey received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Kelsey was an associate at Donahue, Hagan, Klein, Newsom & O’Donnell, P.C. in Morristown. He has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2009. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
