Kristyn M. Redmond

Kristyn Redmond is an associate in Riker Danzig's Corporate Group, resident in the Firm's New York office. She has considerable experience assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and public and private securities transactions. Kristyn also counsels a wide variety of mature and emerging companies in corporate formation, organization, governance, reporting obligations and ongoing growth and development.
Kristyn received her undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2002 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2007 where she was a member of the New York Law School Law Review. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Kristyn was an associate at Michelman & Robinson, LLP.
