Linda M. Herlihy, of Midland Park, has significant experience in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions and all aspects of land use and development matters before municipal, county and state boards and agencies. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Herlihy was an attorney with Wells, Jaworski, Liebman & Paton, LLP of Paramus, New Jersey. She earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and her undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1990.
Ms. Herlihy is the Chairperson of the Midland Park Zoning Board of Adjustment and a trustee of the Midland Park Public Education Foundation.
Ms. Herlihy is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
