Maura C. Smith is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Group. She focuses her practice on Insurance Litigation.

Maura earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Maura was an associate in the Litigation Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
