Sigrid S. Franzblau, a partner in the firm's litigation group, concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, including class actions. Over the past 24 years, she has gained extensive experience in successfully litigating disputes arising out of franchise and distribution agreements, antitrust claims, claims against officers and directors, partnership disputes, consumer fraud claims, claims arising under the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), and breach of contract and fraud claims in an array of industries. In addition, Sigrid has significant expertise in handling insurance and reinsurance disputes, through the courts and before arbitration panels. During the course of her career, she has also developed a niche in trusts and estate litigation, in both the trial and appellate courts.

Sigrid has been named among the top litigators in New Jersey in Best Lawyers in America ®, a peer review of US Lawyers. Law & Politics magazine named her one of New Jersey's "Super Lawyers."
