Vanessa Ann Woods

Vanessa Ann Woods practices in Riker Danzig's Tax and Trusts & Estates Group. Her experience includes a wide range of estate planning, administration and related tax matters in both New Jersey and New York. Vanessa's practice involves drafting estate documents such as wills, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, powers of attorney and living wills for individuals and families. In addition to her practice in estate planning, Vanessa has experience in corporate tax matters including bulk sale filings.

Vanessa is a member of the American Bar Association as well as its Art & Cultural Heritage Law Committee. She earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2009 where she was a Member of the International Law Society, Street Law and a Student Member of the American Bar Association. Vanessa earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 2004.
