Life in Morristown
Morristown is an appealing suburban community with a cosmopolitan flair offering an excellent business environment. At the heart of Morristown is the town green, bordered by tall maple trees and framed by historic churches and buildings, small-town shops and a large department store, and several well-established restaurants. A block away is the Community Theatre, home to The New Philharmonic of New Jersey, a New Jersey Symphony Orchestra series, and a varied program of well-known artists throughout the year.
Adjacent to the town green is Headquarters Plaza, in which Riker Danzig's offices are located. The office complex, which is within walking distance of the Morris County Courthouse, includes three office towers, shopping, underground parking, restaurants, a hotel, health club, and movie theaters.
In recent years, young professionals have settled in the Morristown area, drawn by the character of the town, the lovely neighborhoods, and the friendly community spirit. Residents enjoy a wide range of events at the well-known Morris Museum, Paper Mill Playhouse, Drew University (home of the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival), Fairleigh Dickinson University and the College of St. Elizabeth, as well as the rich outdoor life. A number of parks and bike paths in the immediate vicinity provide scenic routes for bicycling, roller-blading, jogging, and walking. Less than an hour away via train or car, Manhattan's economic and cultural opportunities are within easy reach. The train station is a short walk from our offices and provides direct access to Manhattan's Penn Station; access to major highways make local, regional and international travel easy.

Outdoor recreational activities abound in a state that offers beautiful beaches, endless ocean shorelines, state forests, parks and nature reserves. The sports fanatic will enjoy the Meadowlands Sports Complex with football, hockey, horse racing and basketball. Concerts and other entertainment abound at the Continental Airlines Arena, the PNC Bank Arts Center, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.
