Attorneys

All candidates must possess strong academic credentials and demonstrable writing skills. All positions are for our Morristown office unless otherwise stated.

  • Corporate

4-7 years of solid general corporate experience, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate counseling.

  • Products Liability

4-6 years of products liability experience for our Morristown office.  Pharmaceutical products experience preferred.

  • Litigation

2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.  Reinsurance and insurance coverage experience a plus.  Must be admitted in New Jersey.
 

Paralegal

  • Environmental Paralegal

The appropriate candidate will be strongly motivated, able to work independently and with others, and have strong organizational skills.  Responsibilities include document retrieval, organization and review, deposition digesting, monitoring document production, assistance in trial preparation, proofreading and cite checking legal briefs, and department filing.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a litigation paralegal; environmental law experience a plus
  • Must have a 4 year college degree
  • Superior oral, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, detail oriented
  • Ability to be resourceful and juggle multiple assignments
