New Trusts & Estates Partner Joins Riker Danzig

John M. Loalbo has joined the Firm as a partner in the Tax and Trusts & Estates Group.  John focuses on trusts and estates matters, and enjoys a national probate litigation practice, representing clients at trial and in appeal of contested probate matters.  His strong estate planning background gives him a unique understanding and advantage when litigating probate cases; at the same time, his extensive litigation experience gives him in-depth insight into the most effective strategies in creating trusts and estates instruments, which he employs when working with estate planning clients.

John received an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Journal of Tax Law.  He received a J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was a member of the Canadian-American Law Review, and earned his B.A. degree from Seton Hall University.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, John was a partner at Weiner Lesniak LLP in their Trusts & Estates group.  John is a frequent speaker and author in the trusts and estates area.
