Environmental partners Dennis Krumholz and Steven Senior are speaking on February 24th at "Environmental Law for Attorneys and LSRPs" as part of the CPE Program at Rutgers. The program will include site remediation case studies to demonstrate the different roles and responsibilities of the attorneys, LSRPs and regulators. Dennis will address issues related to the Spill Act, while Steve will discuss recent court and licensing board decisions.
