The Young Lawyers Subcommittee of the Family Law Section of the NJSBA will be hosting their next event in their series of educational seminars at the law offices of Riker Danzig.

Benjamin P. Michel, counsel at Riker Danzig will be speaking on the topic of arbitration, and Jennifer Lazor, partner at Riker Danzig, will be speaking on mediation in a panel discussion at this event entitled: A Primer for Young Lawyers: Aspects of ADR.

This event takes place on Wednesday, May 13 , 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Other panel members include Sharon Ryan Montgomery Ph.D., who will be speaking on parent coordination versus evaluations, as well as, Tamsen Thorpe Ph.D., who will be speaking on collaborative law and counseling families with domestic relations issues.
