Law students from around the country gather at Pace to compete in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Since its start in 1989, it is now the largest interschool moot court competition of any kind under one roof, regularly attracting in excess of 200 competitors from diverse law schools.
The competition provides a rigorous academic experience for the participants, testing skills in appellate brief writing and oral advocacy, involving issues drawn from real cases, and providing first-hand experience in environmental litigation.
