Riker Danzig Partner Steven Senior is speaking at “LSRP Obligations, Requirements & Use of Professional Judgment” on Friday, November 20th at Montclair State University. This one-day course will examine the legal and regulatory requirements for Licensed Site Remediation Professionals in issuing variances from the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, the opportunities for LSRPs to use their professional judgment, and will examine cases where professional judgment was employed. A panel of LSRPs, attorneys, and NJDEP representatives will give their views on the appropriate use of professional judgment.
