Riker Danzig partner Anthony Sylvester is representing Gia Prima, widow of musician and composer Louis Prima, in her suit against Keely Smith, a singer and one of Louis Prima's ex wives. Mr. Sylvester also represents Gia Prima in her suit against Universal Music Group. In this suit, Mrs. Prima seeks an accounting of monies received by Universal from the sale, use and/or exploitation of her husband's master recordings, and a declaration that the master recordings are to be transferred to her. The suit is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Ocean County.
