Riker Danzig Attorney Quoted Re NJ Judges Retirement Debate

Riker Danzig’s Justice Stewart Pollock was quoted in The Star-Ledger discussing the current debate concerning raising New Jersey’s retirement age for judges.

The New Jersey Constitution requires judges to retire at age 70.  In the article, Justice Pollock encouraged pushing the retirement age to 75.  “When the constitution was adopted in 1947, life expectancy was shorter.  Now people live and work longer.”
