Riker Danzig has been awarded the Corporate Partner of the Year Award by the Hope Chest Scholarship Foundation, which recognized the firm's support and assistance to the Foundation in conducting its important work. Riker Danzig partner Kenneth M. Van Deventer serves on the Foundation's selection committee.

The Hope Chest Foundation, based in Morristown, is a non-profit charitable organization that provides financial assistance to deserving minority youths of the State of New Jersey attending a college, university or trade school. The awards are based on financial need and achievement.

For over 120 years, Riker Danzig has focused on providing high-quality legal services to the business community. The firm actively encourages all of its attorneys to participate in pro bono work and has designated such work as a criteria for entry into partnership. Riker Danzig consistently receives an A grade in the New Jersey Law Journal's annual survey of pro bono work performed by New Jersey law firms.
