Ben Michel is one of the firm's senior litigators. He has handled significant product liability cases for several of the firm's major clients, and has also done substantial work in securities fraud and broker/dealer disputes. Recently, Ben has managed major pieces of litigation for one of the world's largest systems software companies, which have included RICO claims and fraud.

A considerable portion of his practice is in the family law field, focusing on litigation and negotiation for sophisticated, high asset net worth families in matrimonial actions, pre-marital, marital, and separation agreements. He also handles adoption, child custody, and other family law actions.

Ben is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
