Jennifer LazorPartner
Jennifer Lazor is a partner in Riker Danzig's Family Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Edward J. Ryan, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County. Following her clerkship, Jennifer has devoted her practice exclusively to Family Law.
Jennifer is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, and is a qualified family law mediator pursuant to R. 1:40. She is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Family Practice Committee for the 2009-2011 term, for which she serves as co-chair of the Non-Dissolution/Domestic Violence Subcommittee. She also sits as an early settlement panelist in Morris, Essex and Hudson Counties. Jennifer was elected Co-Director of Women's Leadership for the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association for 2010-2011, and is an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer. Jennifer co-authored the article, "A Statutory and Regulatory Guide to Litigating Custody and Parenting Time Disputes," which was published both by I.C.L.E. and in the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Jennifer also participates in I.C.L.E. seminars, most recently, "Handling Domestic Violence Cases: A Primer," and "Navigating Your Way through the Family Part Rules for Divorce Proceedings."
