In addition, Riker Danzig has represented numerous clients in construction and engineering litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings, including actions under the Construction Lien Law and the Municipal Mechanics’ Lien Law, and cost recovery actions, including delay claims, extras and change order litigation/arbitration.
